This is a super cool old find
Koratron vintage trench coat/overcoat
does not have the original lining that I think came in it. There is a zipper that I can only think that would be for.
NO size marked inside, but I am a lady who generally wears an xl and this fits me snuggly. So I am guessing a men's medium/large

flat measurements:
shoulder to shoulder: 19 1/2"
pit to pit: 23 1/2"
sleeve length from inside armpit to hem 17 1/2"
bottom of back color to hem is 36 1/2"
