Item came in poor packaging, screws are sealed so probably was never used, but the bottom part on which the mattress goes is scratched up(please refer to photos). The part will be covered with mattress so really shouldn’t be that big of a deal. The railing parts are in prestine condition, no scratches. I believe it’s missing 4 white brackets that can be easily purchased off of Stokke website. I’ll insert the photo of missing brackets . Please feel free to ask any questions
