For printing, I love Office Depot - just upload the design and select your options. (For the fans I used cardstock folded)… for programs just pick your paper and front/back printing.
Fans: diy on a dime how-to -
For the sticks for fans, I found mine in a variety of stains on Amazon (and I will share the link). Easy Peasy! You’ll print landscape standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper, (you want to have a heavier weight paper like card stock) - so there will be both designs on one side and nothing on the back. Fold, add double sided sticky tape or glue around the edges and on the stick… I printed mine with Office Depot 50 count for around $15.
