Description:
This is a vintage hand carved and armed merchant or battle ship. I have no idea how old item is, it could be from WW1 or WW2 as there are no markings on it. The rigging ropes are string that were covered in wax or paint. All but two ropes are still attached where they should be. There are two "cannons" on one side of the boat but they are missing on the other side. The paint is chipped, flaked and crazed which in my opinion adds to the patina. It has been nailed to a board with some type of writing on it but is obviously not original to the boat. I will not remove the board as it will help with stability in packaging it for shipping. Please review all of the included pictures as they are considered part of the description.

This boat measures about 14.5 x 5.5 x 13.5 inches which does not include the board that the boat is affixed to.
