I started with a vintage Gatco brass planter. I sanded it, drew on the pattern and painted it, at least 3 coats. It is then sealed, but for décor only. you can put dirt on the inside for real plants, but try not to let the painted part get too wet. Clean with slightly damp cloth. One of a kind. Measures 5" by 10 1/2" & 2 3/4" tall. Pretty handles, too.
