This is very soft and thin cotton, like those great vintage sheets I used to have when I was a kid.
No flaws to speak of, Im pointing to one tiny stain thats smaller than a size of rice. I have not tried to wash this dress, and it would look better with a nice iron Job.
Measurements are in the photos, but I would say given the small waist. This would fit a size 6 or 4 today.
I believe the brand is called - a daytime dress. That is the only label I see.
