PUL is in great condition, elastics are in good condition as well! I have a few other diapers I could throw in for free that need elastics replaced. Recently stripped, no stinks or stains. A couple are slightly discolored just from washing with colored wash cloths. I am not the first owner, most are just passing through. Some tags are worn on the inserts, selling as what previous owners stated was material makeup.
Great starter lot! This is enough pockets for one full day (possibly two days depending on age), and enough inserts for cloth diapering full time.
