Overall this coat is in good condition with no holes, rips or stains on the exterior. The only thing of note is that there is a small abrasion on the right front sleeve (fairly minor). The interior lining looks like there are a couple of areas that were stitched (a couple of corners on the inside pockets and also right above the rear vent.
